Sizing

Do you guys use women's or men's sizes?

All our items use UNISEX sizing unless otherwise stated. As a general rule unisex sizes are between women's and men's sizes. Slightly larger than women's sizes, but not as large as men's sizes. If you usually wear a women's Medium, you would want to order a Large in unisex sizing.

Where can I find exact size specs?

Orders

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

We typically do not accept canceled orders. Please contact us immediately via e-mail to inquire about a cancellation. Once the order has been processed and sent to a shipping facility, we are not able to cancel it. Most orders start processing within one hour after it has been placed. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.

When is my order shipped and how long will it take?

Most orders processed within a couple of hours, and are shipped the same day. We use USPS priority for all orders in the continental US. Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days unless Next Day shipping options were chosen at checkout. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska also arrive in 3 - 7 business days. Orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico and other countries outside U.S. usually take about 2 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please contact us immediately!

How can I track the status of my order?

After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with a tracking number to track the status of your order.

I just received an email that my order was shipped. How come my tracking info doesn't show any updates?

Please allow 24hr for shipping updates to show up.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide!!

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accent PayPal, Apply Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards.

Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We are required to charge sales tax in the state of California because it is the home location where our garments are produced and shipped.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please provide your correct email address and preferably your contact number so that we can contact you should there be any problems with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. No refunds will be issues for refused or abandoned shipments.

Custom (International) Duties Disclaimer

Items are sent from United States of America. We are not responsible for any charges/duties/taxes. Customs fee vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties.



Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days as long as the item is in new condition. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for a returned an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What's your exchange policy?

We will gladly exchange your product if the garment is UNWORN AND UNUSED. Any garment sent back which shows signs of wear and tear will be returned and the owner will be notified of our decision. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@unconfinedapparel.com and send your item to: 5062 Lankershim Blvd #178, North Hollywood, CA 91601. The time it takes an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive an exchange.

What's your refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a couple of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Any item not in its original condition
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
